Pretty much, yes.

This tweet is indicative of both a sense of humor and that he does not take himself too seriously despite that list of accomplishments.

Consider Larry Ellison. The guy has built great things and accomplished a great deal. There is much to admire there yet, by all accounts I've ever heard, the guy is an unrepentant douchebag. At least this indicates that this is not likely the case for Musk.
